New Games
Ghost of Yotei
A sequel to Ghost of Tsushima, experience a whole new character and story all located in a new region in Japan. Expected release is next year.
LEGO Horizon Adventures
Join Aloy and friends in a brand-new LEGO adventure that features town building and plenty of customization. Launching on November 14, 2024, with pre-orders starting on October 3.
ArchAge Chronicles
Releasing next year is the newest installment of the ArchAge series.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard
EA showed off some new gameplay for the next Dragon Age game. The Veilguard releases on October 31 and if you’re looking for a deeper dive into the game, PlayStation has a blog post on everything shared.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins
Omega Force revealed its release date for Dynasty Warriors: Origins of January 17, 2025.
Fantasian Neo Dimension
On December 5, players can experience Hironobu Sakaguchi’s newest RPG.
Fear the Spotlight
A brand-new horror game from Cozy Game Pals arrives just in time for Halloween on October 22.
Hell is Us
Gameplay from the action-adventure Hell is Us was shown during the State of Play. In a “no hand-holding design”, players will need to discover mysteries and secrets on their own.
Hitman World of Assassination
Coming to PlayStation VR 2, experience the world of Hitman in a more interactive environment.
Metro Awakening
On November 7 Metro Awakening will be hitting PS VR2. Play through the origin story of Khan as you set on an adventure of saving his wife.
Monster Hunter Wilds
Monster Hunter Wilds will be coming to stores on February 28, 2025.
The Midnight Walk
Venture through a world of clay when The Midnight Walk comes to PS VR2 in Spring 2025.
Towers of Aghasba
Players got a first look at a new open-world adventure game that features city-building, combat, and exploration. Towers of Aghasba comes to early access on PS5 in November.
Updates
Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered
On October 31, players can jump back into the world of the Horizon games. The remaster comes with many improvements to graphics and over 10 hours of updated conversations and motion capture.
Astro Bot
Fans of going fast and collectors will be excited as Astro Bot announced new speedrun levels alongside 10 new Special Bots to find this fall.
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered
As a 25th Anniversary celebration, Aspyr has brought both Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver games to PS4 and PS5. Both games arrive on December 10.
Lunar Remastered Collection
Updated visuals and quality of life changes highlight the 25-year anniversary launch of the Lunar Remastered Collection.
Palworld
Palworld has been released on PS5 as of September 24. PlayStation players will now be able to gather and form their own Pal collections.
PlayStation Plus
WWE 2K24, Dead Space, and Doki Doki Literature Club will be arriving on PlayStation Plus for the month of October. Dino Crisis and Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain will join the lineup for Premium subscribers later this year. The Last of Us Part 1 is also coming Thursday September 26 for Plus Extra and Plus Premium members.
Fortnite
LEGO Fortnite is receiving a split-screen mode in October. Alongside this update, Fortnite revealed a Fortnite Themed DualSense controller arriving on November 7.
DLC
Alan Wake 2: The Lake House
Explore the new location of Cauldron Shores as you investigate experiments within the Lake House that led to reality colliding with the Dark. Coming in October.
Stellar Blade
A new DLC for Stellar Blade was announced full of new content including a photo mode. Details and a release date will be revealed at a later date.
TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge – Radical Reptiles
Launched on September 24, this DLC features The Turtles fighting alongside Mona Lisa and Mondo Gecko.
Sonic X Shadow Generation
On December 12 a Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Movie Pack comes to Sonic X Shadow Generations as a tie-in DLC to the movie.
PlayStation Gear
PS5 Pro
During the State of Play, PlayStation showed off more about the PS5 Pro and some of its capabilities. The PS5 Pro launches on November 7, 2024.
PS5 Chroma Collection
New colors for controllers and console covers will be hitting pre-order on October 3. Featuring “shiny and shimmering” versions of their blue, green, and white colors.
